Finally we can announce the release date of our upcoming Album "Decline": 8th of May 2015. We are very proud to have found as partner the best Metal and Rock distribution in Switzerland : Nonstop Music. Nonstop Music will spread the record as CD exclusively in Switzerland , and in all well known electronical databases like i Tunes around the world.
Not enough.... we will play our Release Show on Saturday 23th of May in the one and only Z-7. We are very pleased to celebrate this show together with Freakings (Thrash Metal) and the Epic Pagan Metallers of Finsterforst. Details will follow soon.....

We are looking forward soon to pronounce news concernig the release of "Decline". Now we have to confirm first Gigs for 2015. On February the 21th we play @ the Metbar in Lenzburg together with the German melodeather Nachtschatten. On October the 24th we will rock the Sedel in Lucerne...more to follow. There are also some news concernig our show @ the Downi Club in Worblaufen: Frank Needs Help will not play they will be replaced by our Friends of Total Annihilation.....so be there !! The Organizer of the Sedel Gig will film a Trailer for this show on December 21th in Lucerne. Here it is the coverartwork of our upcoming CD "Decline" created by Travis Smith. At this very moment we are sending promopackages to different labels to make sure to find a good host for Darkmoon to release this killer record:) For that reason we have done some promo pictures you can find in the press area. Not enough....we can also anounce a new show with the Swiss Thrashers "Freakings" on December the 20th in Worblaufen near Bern @ Downi Club. Details will follow soon in the concert area.......so be ready!

Spring is coming and the Darkmoon train keeps rolling. We have a new Gig to announce: on Saturday 17th of May, we will play in Lenzburg@ the Metbar as Special Guest at the Wacken Battle competition. Be there and don' t forget the Show in Basel @ Hirscheneck with Total Annihilation!

Hello Darkmooners wie are very pleased to announce that our New Record "Decline" will be mastered by Christoph Brandes these days......it will be a blast :) we can not wait until, you, our followers can listen to the New Material.....and remember our Show in Emmenbrücke on March the 29th together with Devilsrage. And there will be a Show in Basel@ Hirscheneck on May 23th together with Total Annihilation and other Bands......

At this very moment we are recording our new Album "Decline" at the Iguana Studios near Freiburg. It's a hard piece of work......Christoph Brandes, our producer, shows no mercy to us :).
On our Facebook Page we are describing the process.....Stay ready for further news....we can also announce the first concert in 2013. We will play on March the 29th at Eddies Sunpub in Emmenbrück Luzern, Details will follow soon in the concert section

It has been a while since the last news but we have been very busy during the last few months, but now we have great news to announce. We will enter the Iguana Studio in Germany on 1th of December to record a new Album....we are very excited about the new songs; And do not forget our Show on October the fourth, supporting Crematory at the Schüür in Luzern.

First News after Doomsday :) : We wish You All a Good 2013:) Finally we have to announce the First Shows in 2013: on January 29th we Play @ Werk 21 in Zürich together with Dark Despair. Our First Tuesday Gig :) and we are very proud to play at the Releaseshow of Pessist's New Cd. There we will share stage with a lot of Great Bands. So come to the Festhalle in Haltingen in Weil Germany on March 23th........and of course we are writing New Songs for a New Record to be released somewhere in Time"

Finally we have some really good News for you. First : we will play a show together with the Swiss Deathmetal Institution Disparaged on September 21th at the Rockcity Club in Uster. And then......we have a remarkable anniversary to celebrate: 15 YEARS DARKMOON!!!! For this we will play a Special Show including a lot of Classics from the Darkmoon past. And we are very proud to be supported by Coilcry and Pessimist at this Night to remember. Our anniversary will be celebrated at the famous Sommercasino in Basel on Friday November the 16th. Don't miss it ! We count on you!

2012 is started already a long time ago and we hope to present you a lot of new shows, two of them are already played...now it is time to announce a new one: on May 12th we will play at the Bruch Brothers Bar in Luzern. After the show you can enjoy the metal DJ`s Däne and Bigger. So be there for a real Metal Party.

2011 will end very soon and so we are very glad to announce our first shows in 2012: On January 28th we will support Eisregen @Dynamo Saal in Zürich, and on March 24th we will play together with our friends Bitterness in Auggen @Sternengalaxie in Germany, for details take a look at the gig section. Yes our new record "Wounds" will be released in just a few weeks and we are really looking forward to that moment. So you can read in the upcoming Legacy nr 74 an Interview and our new Song "Rise Up" will be on the sampler... and of course we have new shows to announce. On September 24th wel will play a Warm Up show for our release party together with Mortal Factor at the Wenk in Aarau. The Release Party will take place at October the first at the Galery in Pratteln together with Arcturon and Atritas, so be there!

Finally we can announce the relase date of our new record "Wounds". We are proud to have a new strong partner on our side supporting us : STF Records in Germany, the label will release "Wounds" at August 22.th 2011. And we are glad to announce two new shows: 3.6.2011 @ Wasserwerk Lörrach ( Headlinershow) and 18.6.2011 we will support Vader and Krisiun @ Dynamo in Zürich. We hope you will be there.
